Need Ideas

I am doing a Nikon advert for my media lesson , just dont know how to set it all out in Photoshop.

Any ideas.

I have a few, like including logo and their tag line.

But their rough plans.

Any ideas welcomed. even if they are "Work it out yourself"

'm no designer, but as far as I understand logos tend to go BRHC, and taglines above but B central.
