I have recently bought a lighting kit a courtenay solaflash 150. I then went and bought a lastolite wireless trigger . I can't seem to get it to trigger the lights at all ! Even when I connect it to my Nikon SB800 it won't work ! The only way I can trigger the lights at the minute is by plugging the sync cord into the SB800 when mounted on my Nikon D3 , but I don't know if that is safe ? I don't want to knacker my body ! Any help and advice much be much appreciated !
