Need Help with Watermarking

Hey Everyone,

Having some difficultly with my watermarking. I remember a long while back I watched a video of a guy dressed up as a cowboy on YouTube and was a video tutorial of how to create a watermark that will be in the exact same place on any size or orientation of photography.

And for the life of me I can't find the video.
So if someone could tell me how to make my watermark (or direct me to the video) so that I can make a watermark that is in the exact same place on every image I but through the Automate->Batch procedure.

I'm using Photoshop CS3. Saying that I found out last night that I can do exactly what I want on Lightroom 3 Beta. But that will expire soon, so I need a permant fix untill I purchase the full copy

If you have Lightroom 2 then Mogrify will do what you want.
