Need help with laptop crash error. 5days of guarentee left

I got this error today on a blue screen,

Can anyone shed some light on it? I have looked on google and appears to be driver related or hardware related? Checked device manager and there is nothing showing up that needs attention. Nothing has been downloaded recently or added any hardware either. I have already had a hdd replacement back in January.

Just now my screen has gone black and then come back up.

Any help or insight greatly appreciated!
 
It's a BSOD, unless it was a regular occurrence I wouldn't worry about it, most machines have such crashes every once in a while. With 5 days left of your guarantee I can understand why you're looking for a fix, but it'll most likely be nothing to be concerned about unless it re-occurs.
