Yes
I used a gopro while I was away in Kenya and one of my videos has not saved correctly
I need help fixing it
I'm willing to send the file if that helps
I've tried a few free downloads but they all ask for payment to finish the fix
Thank you

Have you tried opening it with Videolan? It fixes files if they are not complete (normally!)
It's free.
Majorgeeks has freeware for all kinds of programs.

Thank you
Will try it out and see how it goes
Does it do the whole file or half like some do

Fixes the whole file, if it is able to :)
Worth a try.

Hmmm.
Any message?

Depending on what the problem is it may be difficult for a simple free program to fix the problem. If the file structure itself is corrupt it could be expensive to retrieve it if at all. is the problem with one video on a card where others are OK or is this the only video on that card.

You may need the services of a professional data recovery organisation to get the video off the card. If you do you could try a company called data Wreck in Stoke on Trent. I used them last year when a Compact Flash card went totally belly up. Wasn't recognised by any computer or camera. Total disaster with 200+ images of a days shoot on it. They got them all back, cost me £95. A bargain as far as I was concerned. They do operate a no fix no fee policy

i can see the file but i believe it has a corrupt section in it
the video is only 6 minutes long and as i wont make money on it i didn't want to spend anything/much on it to fix it
:-(

I had to pay £19 for a 6 minute video
And as it cuts out before I finished the video manually it must have been a write error
