Need help clonning

I've got the following pic:

I've been trying for nearly an hour to clone or so to get rid of that black box on the left next to the blue robot. I've now given up. :bang:

If I email someone the full size pic, can someone clone it out for me?

Just had a quick go...



It was pretty simple, duplicate layer and clone out black box using the detail above it, create layer mask to bring the robot back and hide any unnecessary cloning.

Sean, I do like your attempt, personally.

I've also just noticed the black part near the legs as well, which completely passed me by all this time? :thinking:
 
Hi

I had a quick go, made selections, cloned out the dark bit, copied the layer, changed the Hue and Saturation then masked out all but the robot, not sure if its the right blue, but would be an easy change, missed the bit of dark on the left :bang:
