Hi,
Just checked into a Hotel I booked last week, the room I booked was an executive room, which is suposed to come with a list of upgrades, one of which is a safe, now this is why I took this option so I could lock My Camera gear away, guess what cant unlock it, reception say they cant, now also none of the other upgrades are in the room, have asked to change rooms, but have been told they beleive they are all the same!!!!! :bang::bang:
They are checking with house keeping to see if any have the facilaties, would have a nice drink out of the mini bar, but hay, dont have that either, its switched of with nothing in it in hte wardrobe, not a good start for them, they say they will discount the room but that is not the point, they advertised these services and are not supplying them....
