Need a new car John?

I wonder how one would go about obtaining one of those cars at a soopa doopa discount?
 
I read that and wondered where all the cars were at Swindon, as there are a few waiting delivery, but not as many as stated.

A bit like Sunderland, Nissan have had 6 or 7 car transporter ships in and out the Port of Tyne since Friday. Their biggest transporter ships carry 5000 cars each, the smaller ones carry 2000.

Big field full of cars on Friday, empty on Monday...

These 2 were both on the Tyne in the last week.

My suspicions were first aroused when I noticed that Sheerness is, you know, a port. As in "place where they import cars". And sometimes even export them.

Not only that, but it's a "Ro-Ro" freight port :-)

Drive along the A249 any morning and you'll see a dozen car transporters heading out into the world all duly laden with shiny four-wheeled goodness :lol:
