you sure the contact us button works, I have used it once or twice but never been acnowledged, have you tested it?
 
I've never had a reply when I've used the 'report a thread' or contact us buttons, but things have happened.
 
RTMs (reporting a post/thread) don't normally receive a reply. They are not a conversation they are just you informing the moderators of an issue you think might need our attention etc.

The Contact Us form will normally lead to you receiving a reply, sometimes this can take some time while things are discussed amongst the staff etc.
 
Please also bear in mind we get quite a few of these too. And while we don't always have the time to reply to every single one, we always see them and if necessary....act.

I've been called much worse to be honest. Most of the time I deserved it too.

RTM will ensure the concern is flagged to every member of staff via email and also a thread in the staff room.
Contact us I think only goes to admins, so for normal matters I'd suggest RTM.
 
Perhaps some people are too thinned skinned and should realise it is only,albeit an excellent,internet forum........:)

I agree, not within the spirit of things. A few weeks ago one member referred to another as a "snotty little scrote".....what's the place coming to eh?
 
am ere.........if anyone needs to contact me FiTP has my home tel no as my internet is pants and keeps disapearing so I can only get on for 5 mins at a time so pm Graham if you need me
