Some of you might have heard Ill be shooting a charity calendar in the next two weeks.

Well some of the businesses have their own ideas on what the finished product will be, and unfortunatley, its something Ive never really learned in CS3, so, time for this crash course :D

I nead to learn:

Group of girls, superimposed onto a flame background.

A travel agents doing a beach theme, with their heads superimposed onto the Baywatch babes bodies.

As simple as this may be to do, I honestly dont have a clue. I do have someone willing to help me, but I want to do as much as I can myself also.

If anyone has any really REALLY simple tutorials they can point me towards, Ill be very grateful. Bear in mind, they really do have to be simple, I am on a tight deadline :p

Thanks for any help anyone

The main thing to remember is to keep the background clear behind your models so you can issolate them to remove the background. The other thing I learnt (too late) when I did a similar project is to get a look at the backgrounds you will use in the final imagebefore you do the shoot, and look at the lighting so you can try to match the direction in your shots.

Thanks both, thats something to start with
