Need a big favour with this pic!

Could someone please help with this pic? The bottom left there is a police corden line which I have tried, but cannot clone out. :bang:

I wanna cry but I'm holding it in. I've practically given up.

Could some please help clone it out for me? Help would be appreciated.

Yep. Tried the crop route and dont like it as I want to keep both the hands of the lady holding the placard.

Ai I know, but they seemed freakishly long otherwise. Looking at the original I can see that the fingers where actually long but it din't feel right to me lol
