Problem I have is that I have the D300 with the 80-200 or 80-400 and the D200 with the 300,both with grips on, when I go shooting shooters shooting. Now I don`t mind the lenses banging against my soft clothing, but I will not accept them banging against each other. So,I have one hung over my neck and the other over my shoulder, which is not the best security wise, plus the one over my shoulder is not accessible fast enough at times.
Wondering how to go about altering things........
Problem with the handgrip is that I sometimes need to both hands to navigate muddy banks and slopes in woodland.
Here's how the generic Ebay grip sits on the D300/MB-D10 if it is attached so that it sits straight
and here's how it sits if fitted at an angle
which leaves it attached like so
I'm undecided whether to grind the lug off so that it sits flush or not, mind at the price I suppose I should really give it a go...
