This afternoon I was trying to decide which lens to use when we go up the Fjords in Norway.

So to test out the different wdith of shot I stuck my head outside the front door and took pictures with a 24 -70 mm and a 12-24mm lens on my D810.

So far so good then a panic attack

Put the memory CF card in the reader and nothing, did the same with the SD card, again nothing.

Now is your time to smile

I keep the D800 and the D810 beside each other on my desk and yes I took the cards out from the D800 without thinking.

Who now is a "pratt" of the first water ?

I use the word " Numpty " when I do things like that :p

Are you going with Hurtigruten? if so when? I'm heading off up there on the Lofoten on Tuesday!
 
No going with P&O cruises later on in the year. Got a good deal with them as we booked on the last Caribbean Cruise with them
