Hi has anyone ever used lee nd medium filters have used soft and hard
 
I think John means the medium edged ND grads recently introduced. Yes, I have used them if I shot crop format I'd probably get these or a hard edged. On full frame, I find hard and soft a better combo.
 
Yeh sorry lve been using nd soft and hard filters for my landscape photography but the 2 year old grandchild managed to climb up and destroy 1of the filters i was on the net to replace it when i came across medium filters just wanted to know when and where to use them had camera for while but now retired have more time to enjoy it

Ah, I have soft and hard. Understand they have ultra hard, or some name like that. Not heard of medium.
