ND Filters

Has anyone got any thoughts on variable ND filters. Have seen them advertised on 7 dayshop. Just wondering if they are any good.

Have a search here as someone posted a review last week - however from memory they were about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike so would look elsewhere!

I had a quick foray into ND grads and didn't get on well, especially since Lightroom does it so easily!

.. there's been several threads since these were discounted by 7DS, worth doing a search for "variable" for all the comments and reviews.
