ND filter recommendation?

I am looking for a neutral density filter to do some seascape photography. Can anyone recommend anything low budget? The camera i use is 1300d and lens is efs 18-55

Hello, a friend of mine uses Gobe filters which were relatively cheap (around £25 each I believe) and he is very impressed by them. They are screw on filters so available in different sizes
 
Hoya ProND, Kenko RealPro or Aurora are the most colour neutral ones I have experience of - keep an eye on eBay for the size & density you need.
 
As above, Haida Pro are excellent and very competitively priced....
