National Express URGENT

I'm going to London today to see a friend, can't book National Express online as their site is down.
Can I pay on the coach, can't see the office at Bradford being open at 6.45am.

Looks like it's working again now - Bradfod to London first one is 07.00 !!

I should think so. There is reference on the National Express site about payment options. It says those still wishing to pay cash on the bus, could save by buying a travel card instead. To me that means they do.
