As we had some cracking advice for the cricket in Bristol, we thought we would ask about Manchester. We are going to the velodrome in November and are trying to figure out the best way to get there. We live in Herefordshire and thought we would drive up for the day. On the website, it talks about the Etihad campus carpark being a 10 - 15 minute walk away. There is no event scheduled at the Etihad stadium itself. Is this a good idea or can you suggest an alternative. Thanks for reading.

Yes. The car park is about 10 minutes walk away. The car park at the velodrome is reserved for the blazerati. In practice there is no problem. It works well.
