Mine's only has to be "The Goodies". Pure silliness, absolutely love the fast paced outdoor parts.

+1. The Goodies team originated in the radio comedy show "I'm sorry I'll read That Again" described as a custard pie with a mix of mild smut & corny jokes, awful puns etc also had a couple of Pythons notably John Cleese

sample in "Circus Life" "Here comes the lovely Marguhrita with the batrichans and dromedaries"
"Which is the one with two humps?"
"Marguhrita!"

two episodes "Kung Fu Capers" sending up martial arts, where Bill Oddie becomes Grand Master of the Lancastrian martial art of Ecky Thump and the others sabotage the black pudding factory........"Here's a list of ingrediants......200....oh, poor little tom kittens!"

or "Scatty Safari" where after loosing their prime exhibit Tony Blackburn they start a Rolf Harris breeding programme, (sending up the giant pandas) only for them to escape and requiring them to rid the country of a plague of Rolf Harrises

"Just like when we introduced grey squirrels"
"Grey squirrels don't play wobble boards!"

I watched an On The Buses episode last night on Youtube, no idea how I ended up watching it, as I started off by watching Candid street photos! I can't believe how sexist and smutty it used to be, and to think we watched this and loved it as children :jawdrop:

The OP mentioned that he liked dark humour. I realise he may not still be looking :), but I thought League of Gentlemen was great.

Also, Game On. (y)

Ok...so here's a list of things I'd class as comedic......

Eastenders
Coronation Street
Emmerdale Farm
Big Brother
I'm a........
Strictly (whatever it is)
X Factor

.......et al

and the New Statesman starring Rik Myall as Mr B'stard MP

Mind Your Language would no doubt be less than acceptable these days as would Till Death Do Us Part.

Loved Mind Your Language as a teenager, although it may have had something to do with Françoise Pascal being in it

Drop the Dead Donkey - gently satirical until you realise that many of the political stories of that era featured in it are still the same today just with different govermental cretins (ministers) in them - then it becomes almost frightening.

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast :D

Got to agree with all the Red Dwarf. It's still my favorite show.

Awesome CGI ;)
