Naked selfies - be warned

Talking of selfies. Some idiot in Spain is getting a lot of press today for taking a selfie whilst participating in this morning's encierro (bull run) in Pamplona.
 
And this is a surprise, hell I mistakenly formatted a card once, not only did my recovery software also recover my files from that days shooting, it was a clean card (in theory) at the start of the day, it also recovered quite a lot of photos from up to 2-3 months prior...anyone who thinks just formatting will get rid of the phone is sadly mistaken...

And the need to take nude selfies that's a whole different debate :(

Men taking photograph of there junk (The Big Bang), isn't that what macro....eeerrrmm, wide angle lenses are for :(
 
I wonder how many people will go out and buy some cheap old phones and 'recovery software' to see what they can find on the back of the article. Probably a few people trying to buy their old phones back also!
 
A cousin (living in the UK) sold an "old phone" to Mazuma or what ever its called.
A few weeks later she got a call from a guy in Canada.
Seems the phone wasn't wiped :D
Luckily nothing "incriminating" was on there.
He found her home number and wanted to check that none of the pictures were important :D
 
I'm thinking Scarlet Johansons old phone will be much sought after.
