Set up my softbox and brolly at my sisters house to shoot some jewellery she's made, pressed the trigger button to test everything and got two flashes of light and a long and loud fart from the other side of the room :lol:

Turns out her kids remote control fart machine operates on the same frequency.

Could get some great expressions in a studio

It amused me no end! I must remember to pop the trigger in my pocket when I next visit a toy shop - would be funny having a load of toys all around you going mental.
 
Flip side of the coin - I have a fart machine and it'll be funny if/when I use it to make wirelessly controilled flashes let off randomly!

well nikon's CLS is pretty comprehensive these days ;)

I now have to dig out a fart machine that I bought years and years ago, to test this....flash, if we find one that works, you MUST stock them :P

Now...if this works and the ones in the shops are already fitted with batteries and have that "try-me" mode where they're basically in the on position whilst on the shelf, it could provide me with hours of fun standing outside Tam Shepherd's joke shop on a Saturday afternoon :naughty:
 
Hmm, I have 2 wireless triggers so if they are on different wavelengths I could have twice the fun :lol:
Bet you got a shock when it first happened though!!

I'm not sure what you are all finding so amusing. I fart loudly every time a flash bulb pops within a range of 20m. So for those of you considering throwing your money at a machine which does this, I advise you to bank it instead. The joke soon wears thin. :'(
