Hi This is a website i am building using the freebie wix site.

It is only temp at the mo as not yet finished and the pics are also temp just to see how it looks.

I would be most greatful for feedback as i may pay for it to get rid of wix adds and have my own domain name.

I like the design, but...

A. It's flash, and there are all sorts of issues with SEO, Google and other search engines, plus usability issues with end users (yes, my site does use some flash, but it's not all flash)

B. It's Wix - I don't like them!

You'd be better off spending a few quid on hosting, and learning how to use Wordpress or a bit of CSS & HTML to put a similar site together.

That said, I do like the overall design of the site, just not how it's implemented

Flash based sites are a big no-no IMO, slow and come with accessibility issues abound. All the gimmicky transitions and image effects get's a bit tiresome and annoying after a while too.

I'd look for something that's HTML based and go from there, plenty of "template" sites out there but avoid flash where possible
