Flash isn't the best option to take when making a website as it limits the number of people that can view the site potentially shooting yourself in the foot when trying to entice clients.

There are also a number of spelling and grammatical errors in the content.

Also the way that the images within the slideshow on the main page are displayed it makes them look worse than they actually are because you have altered the height and width of them disproportionately.

Little things like that will make your site look a lot better to potential customers.

Have flash and non flash versions of your site.

It looks better for those that can use it, and will still display for those that can't.

I would apply "buttonMode=true" to the thumbnails, menu and any other buttons.
It will bring up the hand cursor on mouse-over and allow people without a mouse or with accessibility issues to tab through them.

You could get an almost identical look and feel without using Flash though, so you might want to reconsider using plain old HTML and CSS.
The simple animations you have could be accomplished with scriptaculous, mootools, etc, and done right, would be compatible with mobile devices.

Good luck either way!

This is going to sound harsh, but i completely agree. In my opinion flash sites have no place in this day and age, they break navigation and are not accessible. You can achieve a number of similar effects with javascript (using free libraries, check out jquery), while keeping your site accessible.

Mark this is going to sound harsh but you did ask.
I clicked on the "about" tab and won't go any further. Your spelling and grammar are really bad which instantly reflects badly for you.
I appreciate that we can all make spelling mistakes, I make my fair share on a daily basis, but it is not acceptable if you wish to be taken seriously.
If you struggle with this aspect then it is vital that you either get someone to proof read it or you use a spell checker regularly.
I suggest you sort the spelling and grammatical errors out ASAP.

i also find the images rolling a bit annoying and quite fast ? i have to agree the basics of the website is know who will be looking at it , most people will have iphones / ipads and your excluding them right from the off, im dyslexic and spelling im awful with (as my posts show... ) i cant do much about it but always get someone else to check my work , are you working with anyone ?

As above, the slideshow is too fast and there's no pause option. Also, the site has a fluid layout rather than a fixed one, which means the images will look stretched on wider monitors.
