Yes
i like to travel light as i can, with as little fuss as possible.
this is a lowepro flipside 300,first i remove all badges and un-needed straps.
so i can slide though crowds without snagging or getting caught.
its totaly secure with the flipside bit and i can lay it down without getting the straps dirty/wet.

i make sure non of my lens fronts can touch the ground via my bags bottom.

in the elastic side i have my glasses,if its warm i move them and add a oval water bottle [doesent stick out so far].

in the zipped side pocket i have a notebook, sharpie pen, small legal penknife and one 4gb spare flash card in case one of mine degrades.
not to much stuff so its flat.

at the front i removed the sternam strap,i have a small powerfull led lenser torch,1 snap lock thats rated to hold my camera by the wrist strap [if i need both hands free].my one concession is to have the lucky charm.

i allways have a
50mm F1.4 [hood on]
85mm F1.4 [hood seperate]
a camera mic.
sometimes i will carry a 35mm f2 [hood on] in front of the camera [in this photo you cant see it] or another lens of my choice i think i may need.

camera is a D3s or a D700 [never both] allways with the 50mm attached and ready.

the zipped pouch behind the camera is ace.
here i have lens cloth [massive]
earplugs
a good photo pass holder [in case the supplied one is rubbish]
phone, car keys, buisness cards and there is still room for extras.

in my car i allways have a spare battery for both cameras,i make sure i have more than enough power for each task.i dont carry the batterys they add more weight i dont need.

i am going to shoot Supergrass tommorow morning so i will swap the 35mm for a 24mm F2.8.
in my car boot i think i will carry the D700 with 70-200 F2.8 as i know the area and maybe will able to step back from the pack.

i met lots of people i knew at the supergrass meet and greet.
bag as usual was perfect.

Gotta say I like what you've done here.

As I start to look for a new gig bag I expect I will be doing something similar, currently using an old shoulder bag with no branding and bits of gaffer tape stuck to it... but can see me running out of room soon!

For acker bilks concert i loaded it with a 70-200 f2.8 which fitted nicely[which was perfect for the venue]

85mm 1.4, 50mm f1.4 and mic

I have in a cover but a bit to much weight for me and in the way a bit when changing lens.

I'm so gonna have to sort out my bags!
