Hi everyone,

I've set up a website where I will be showing off my photos. Just somewhere for me to store them all really. I've only had my camera for little over one week, so please excuse my pictures.

Currently the only section working is "Dean Castle Country Park". I just though I would show you all, so I could have some feedback.

Nice and simple Steve. Good stuff!

Do you not think it's better to have the images displayed in a window though, so then people aren't as tempted to try and 'pinch' your lovely snaps?

Also - it fails the XHTML validation :bonk:

Thanks Leep. Do you mean in a JavaScript window? It now also passes the validation. It was just a prototype so I hadn't fully checked that.

EDIT: I don't think you can actually copy the large images, just the thumbnails.

Yes - JS or FLA (suppose JS is easier).
I personally dont like it when a link leads onto a picture in a blank window...that's just me though!

I can right click and save target as on your pics - meaning I could do what I want with them.

It's your call - just know what I like

Ah, I know what's happening. The page hasn't fully loaded so the JavaScript pop-up box isn't working for you. I have a background image which is 2.17MB  Once the background image has loaded, you should be able to click an image and it will load into a JavaScript window. That way you cannot save the image.

That's better :)

That's a very common javascript - is it a free license?
