My new website with new features - opinions please

I've just launched a new version of my website. The style and layout isn't finished yet but its had to be kind of rushed through as my old blog page was just over 5MB!!

I've now got just one photo on the blog page (the most recent) and you can go through them by pressing the next arrow. Under each image you'll also see all the comments left by people and you can post comments of your own also.

RSS feeds are also still there so you can get the images delivered straight to your computer without visiting the site.

As I say the style and layout won't be finished until the weekend but the functionality is there. Hopefully the comments feature will encourage feedback and debate which is always helpful!

I've just updated the style of the site a little to bring it more inline with how I want it for comparison with the old site. I'll be adding more to the blog page in the way of navigation (thumbnails etc) but not just yet.

Feel free to add comments on the photos on my site!

As simple as it is Jumbo, good point! Really overlooked that point!

On your contact page you make a bit of an offer to take pics for people... But I can't see anywhere on site that tells anyone what country your in let alone what part of that country... would make that info prominant.. and yes front page needs minimum one pic

This is why feedback is so good, you state the obvious things i've missed

Front page will now be getting a random image from the photo blog displayed and i'll add details about location.

not sure if your a web designer/developer or not, but i'd seriously consider validating your html

some of the errors on there are due to bad coding

yes more photos on home page and the text layout doesnt make me want to read it just seems too much in one area, but that could be the white text on black background too. what about adding a links page to improve your search engine results and using more keywords on your first page. I like to see small images of what is available in a portfolio so i can see what im about to wade through too ......but its looking gurddddddddd......
