My new website... fashion, portrait, nude, hdr

You do not have to have register company just make any money for a businesses if you fall foul of the law there is a fine of up to £1000.
Just for info to you and anyone else on here, this has been talked about before but I can not find the link to it.

Ok I understand this, but well, so far I have not made any money so I dont know how I can be fined.

also in the website there is my name, my telephone number and my email so I can be contacted in this way. Since I dont own a studio I dont think I would like to put the address of my home.

So I dont see why I am breaking the law.

You're not mate.. :) Well certainly not one anyone will give a monkeys about.

Great portfolio by the way, some of the fashion images are really lovely.

I quite like it, I still don't think you should be giving so much real estate on the home page to your facebook page. I like the concept with the way your navigation works but not a great fan of the preloaders on each individual image. I'd also get rid of the music player. You know people don't like music playing on websites because you have it set to paused by default. So it's not really doing anything, why have it there?

The full screen button seems to be on the majority of pages, but on the clients page it doesn't seem to do anything. It works great when looking at your portfolio of work.

I like how you have a blog, it's a good way to show people you are active and working. Not so sure on the design though as it doesn't match the rest of the website... almost feels like a separate entity. Was that intentional?

Good effort :)
