my mum saw all the amazing editing work you do on here

Jo, i think you should take a loverly protrait of her on a "blank Canvas" and then make it in to more of a professinal picture you could print and give to her as a little present for the 450D :D

she is really good looking! you hve a very attractive mother (some how i think she knows that!) no need for pp!

she looks mighty fine!

Ill be happy to sort out a photo shoot though :)

No editing needed!

Yeah ... N00b here... I just wanted to add my 2 cents that the only thing wrong with the image is the choice of pose & background. The subject is downright stunning.

Hubba hubba

(ps... I agree with the t-shirt comment)

why did not one person straighten the image? i'm sure jo's mom is lovely and magical, but i don't think she can bend light (more then it already is)

your mum looks very photogenic.
why not just get a white sheet, drop that off the curtain rail. then borrow an off camera flash for your 450D or try working with natual light. there's loads you can do at home or just find a nice sunny day. get your back to the winter sun try some outdoor shots. make it into a mother, daughter picnic day out...although I'm sure lunch indoors would be better at the mo!
