yes you are right, they might not be the cheapest, you need to shop around to get the best deal.

I saw the 10% offer earlier in the day but forgot to put an order in. Glad I didn't as I received the same email this morning offering 20% off during November. Excellent.
 
MyMemory have a good trick of offering big discounts on out of stock items, recently it seems any time I find a good price on that site it's oos.
