I'm thinking of dabbling in RAW for the first time! Ooooo er missus!

Can anyone recommend a good book for someone like me who is a complete beginner?

I see on Amazon that Andy Rouse has just brought out a book called 'Understanding Raw Photography'. Has anyone got this book?

I'd prefer a book with step by step guides and not pages of text to read!

What I'm saying is I don't want to read page after page of text. Far easier to follow if the author leads you through each stage with perhaps screen shots at each stage etc :rules:
