My 'first' Photography site

Pretty good effort if this is your first, a couple of things though.

Loose the guestbook, the more popular your site becomes then the more open to abuse it is, you will find that unfortunatly some people just like leaving spam on these kind of things. I know you have the automated spam protection which will stop bots but not humans, unless you proof ever comment! :)

Secondly, you don't really need the 'last update' and 'todays date' on your site. That is pretty much it to be honest, great job as I mentioned.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated, its my 'first' attempt at designing a website :).

Very good effort for a first site.

Only a couple of suggestions, the Magenta header a possibly a bit too bright and personally I prefere a font such as Tahoma, Verdana or Arial as they tend to be a bit easier to read.

Bearing in mind this is your first site then you should be very please with your efforts.:clap:
