My first L glass

I just got my first piece of L glass, the 70-200mm f/4 L IS.
Thanks to Kerso for this, cracking price and delivery.

Now I have just got to get out about to have a go with it!!!

It's a hell of a lens isn't it? I remember when I first got mine, it was like starting all over again the results were that good!

Nathan ive got a 17-40 and i'm disapointed with landscapes, distance objects seem soft any pointers?

At what f stop? It could just be that they're outside of the depth of field? I've not taken many landscapes with mine to be honest so I can't really comment.

yeah i'd have thought so. I may send it back to Canon before the warranty runs out
