These two are the first photos that I ever took in a "photography" way (i.e. not just holiday snapshots). They were taken on my dad's Praktica BX20 back in about 2007. No idea what settings or what film, and these were scans of the prints that the lab gave me. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the original film
I remember opening the little paper wallet when I got home and having a look at them. Now I can see that there's a lot wrong with them, but at the time I was amazed and was so over the moon with them that soon after I went and bought my first DSLR. It's weird how my first photos were with a film slr, and now I'm back using film Like I've kind of gone full circle!
The're photos taken at Ham Hill park about ten mins from my house. Without these two photos I would never have bought my own camera, would never have started getting into photography, and would not have the hobby that I love today.
