my first exhibition!

Well I have my first 'exhibition' starting tomorrow, its only small, around 20 mounted prints shown in our local library. They are having a busy coffee morning along with a carol service so hopefully there should be a lot of people there to see my pics be nice to see if I get any interest for sales, its all pictures from around the north east from the last few months fingers crossed!

got my own exhibition on at the moment, but no interest at all, too avant garde for wolverhampton I think

All are 12x8 mounted prints in 16x12 mounts, £15.00 each, they are pictures from around the north east. Alan they are in Whitley bay library, I've not been down to have a look yet. Going down tomorrow to check it out

seems that way, trying to sell 30x20" limited edition C-types of nude ladies is proving more difficult that first expected
it seems field of dreams was wrong- if you build it they will not nessecarily come

Well done on getting the exhibition sorted, Nick

I sincerely hope you sell some (if not all). It's a shame they couldn't give you more space as they look a bit cramped together :shrug:

They are very cramped together unfortunately, but they aren't charging any commission if I sell anything and they aren't charging me for the floor space so I suppose I can't really grumble too much, least I'm not out of pocket if I don't sell any hopefully ill sell something at least :-D

I also have an an exhibition in a library, but they charge £15 for the month and a commission if they sell. Luckily I got them agreed to take some of my cards and they have covered the cost of my exhibition.
