Hello everyone !

I am opening my first ever Photography Exhibition tomorrow in Helsinki, Finland. ( The Misty Road B&W photos from the Landscape section are on it ).
Maybe I am being a little too eager and have this a little too 'early in my career' :thinking:
But just thought to let all of you guys know, and if any of you happen to pop into Finland in before Xmas.. be sure to visit it.

If you visit my website www.googabuphotos.com , there is a little section under the Exhibition 2008 - where you can see a picture of one of the walls from the Exhibition. I'll put more there during the display.

Stevenage hey? There are way too many people on the net from there. You shots of it are a lot better than mine. :D

Well, the end of the Exhibition was last weekend.
All things considering, it went quite OK. The Gallery was new, a bit out of the way and it was right at Xmas time when people don't have the time to do much.
I got 20% more visitors than I had hoped for - so all good there.
I also made a few sales through the Gallery (not something I am too keen, due to the commission), so all together a nice little experiment.
I think I made around €800 from the whole thing (I sold the photos for €85 each)

So, not a bad little experiment, and I would not say no to trying it another time ...
