Yes
I've just had an e-mail to tell me that my Apple/iCloud account has been frozen. All I have to do is click on the link to restore it.
I think that's very kind of them to tell me, especially as I don't have an Apple/iCloud account.
Mail looks reasonably genuine so some may fall for the scam.
Beware.

I've been getting one a day lately which is exceptional service from them as I don't have an account either.

I often get this. Can normally check its a scam by clicking to reply and see what the email address is (but obviously don't actually send a response)

I'm used to Banks telling me that my account is frozen - but my iCloud one - that's new. :D

I had an invoice attached to an email letting me know they were going to debit my American Express card by 965,000 dollars. Needless to say........

I've had loads of them 'from' Paypal. Since I've never used my Paypal account I don't care if it is genuine, but it's not. I've also had the Apple one. I don't possess a single Apple device or account. Years ago I got several a day from Nat West bank - one of the few banks I've never had an account with. If everyone was savvy enough to ignore these emails there'd be no point in some scammer sending them, but sadly some people will fall for it.

been doing the rounds since itunes was invented. unfortunately.

hover over the link, doesn't go to apple.

One of the downsides of using touchscreen devices, IMO, is how it's much harder it is to check links before clicking them.

We had a spam email go round at work and I was amazed at how many people clicked the link, and especially how many people then put their details into the dodgy website! And these are people who work on computers all day everyday.

On an iPhone just hold the link and you'll see the unified resource locator without actually following it. Easy and quick to check it out.

these are ones I get..
