Well this afternoon I decided to try a bit of DIY. After an hour with a box left over for moving house, tape and paper this was born!

brilliant! So is that just a cardboard box with some white paper stuck to the inside and some of the card cut out?

It sure is, very basic but it works.

If any one has any improvements they could share? I'm just delving into flash just now that would be great.

I need to get a trigger though, using onboard flash to trigger just now.
