What was the item you changed (couldn't see it in the thread)

It was the High ISO noise reduction setting in the menu - CT and Cosmix3 have theirs enabled while I had disabled mine - Hopefully that will make a difference.

Ooh, I disabled mine as well. I had assumed that DPP could apply everything back in again at processing time for RAW. However, you were using TIFF, so I suspect you skip the noise stage? My noise sliders are set to 0,0 with this setting off, I was wondering why some people were saying theirs were 2,2/2,3 by default
