My 52 - The Sequel

Nice to see Ron again and his eyes certainly are wide open. I agree with Allan that the images look a little bit flat and might benefit from a little tweak - maybe just a little contrast. My preference would be for the first image as I like the character in both eyes.
 
Clean - simple but works for the theme, like where the focus is.
Open - both images are nice, but i like the second shot, though i do agree that the image could use a bit of brightening up, having looked at the image on Flickr the eye detail is good.

Just doing the rounds trying to not get too far behind with comments (famous last words!!).

New - Quite the opposite of a bad start. I really like this shot. The original with the tree works best IMHO.
Clean - Nice bright shot with the focus on 'Deep clean'. Spot on I'd say.
Open - Ron looks good in both shots but the second shot clinches it for me. I prefer the composition.
 
New - really like the colours in this image. Nicely balanced. (Prefer it without the trunk)
Clean - I like the shadows under the toothbrush
Open - nice detail in the open eyes, version 2 is my pic as it gives more emphasis to the eye.
 
Welcome back Ron, looking very cute I prefer the first shot.

Clean, Nice simple image, dof works well enough.

Open, Nice Image of Ron, dof is good and eyes have that gleam. Second one does not work for me.
