:lol: we I quite often suffer a little bit of lisp and regularly have a complete inability to pronounce works so I wouldn't worry :D

edit: and ouch how anyone can get there tongue or any body part pierced I'll never know, I guess I'm just a wimp :lol: :suspect:

Thanks Carol, pleased that you like it :thumbs: you know it's funny long numbers I find very easy but silly for digit things and I get them mixed up :bang:
 
used to be able to remember all numbers but mobile ones are no good now - cant even remember my own half the time - but its not as though I phone myself that often anyway :lol:

Ah now my own number is one I can remember very easily worryingly I can also recall my village doctors number of the cuff, but that's actually because the doctors and my home number are very similar, so we get 4-5 calls a week for the doctors :lol:
 
we used to get them for the council offices :lol: - not good when we had some little old deaf man ranting about his bins every day for a week!!! wouldnt believe we werent the council even though I gave him their number every time :lol:

I once had the said woman ring three times one after the other :( on the third honestly I was tempted just to book her and appointment :naughty:
 
hahahaha I know - saves her phone bill and would have been fun seeing the receptionist sort that one out :lol:

Right off we go to the airport (manchester) - run for stepsons grandad so taking camera and getting a couple of shots even if they are just of the car park :)

Take the tripod, and get a long exposure of an aircraft leaving they make great light trails :D

I actually get on really well with our doctors and receptionists they're great, one of the great things about and exceptional practice in the village, if I need to see a doctor, you can bet I'll see one within an hour, or the next day for an appointment, not of this 2 week waiting lists ;) and one of the doctors saved my life by sending me into hospital a couple of years back ;)
 
wont be staying that long as I have to be back for work and need some more sleep before i go :( Will see what I can get handheld :) better than nothing

:( there is a good viewing point from the top of one of the car parks but I don't know which, If you've gotta head back for a return flight I'll see if I can find out the details for you :thumbs:

Hahaha! Would you believe me if I told you it was completely, 100% pain free? The scalpel is so sharp, I literally didn't feel a thing.

Did they spray it? They did when I had my tongue pierced but still suffered for a week after not eating lol!..... Took mine out last year after chipping a tooth accidentally biting it but still miss it

they didn't spray my tongue and then on the same day i have pizza for dinner n spag bol the next i love my food to much to not eat haha

Day 8 - Abstract Finale

I've been convinced for a long time that there is a abstract image in my lights in my house, and I think finally I've got the right angle and DoF to capture the curve and the glow of the light etc, the irony being I realised it only when messing around waiting for a bird to come back into the garden, oh well and least it's given my a nice simple but effective POTD today, great when the photo falls into your lap like this :D

I've done a couple of similar photo's in the back and this is somewhat of a development of those attempts to what I think will be my last attempt as I finally think I've got it right :D

I did a very similar one a long time ago in the first year of the challenge but that was in colour and if I'm honest not that great, then I did a B&W last year but totally different composition and honestly it didn't work either, not a combination of the two and I think that I've found a winning combination, so glad that you like it :thumbs:

Nope! I was home and eating a full Sunday dinner within 30 minutes lol. Did have to stop every 10 or so minutes to spit out a blood clot though :lol: :lol: :lol:

haha no pap johns dont cook it long enought for me they leave the cheese soft, i like mine with a gental browing on top ahhaha

I :love: papa johns, if they delivered to me I'd live on them, but alas I have to go into town to get it so only have it once or twice a month at the most :( but I understand you point in regards the cheese :thumbs:

haha i like my crust stuffed with cheese n pepperoni, and have a nice texas bbq pizza haha althought today i was greedy n got that along side a pepperoni lol

I nearly always order two pizzas, not that I want to eat two in one go, but I love cold pizza, so it's food for up to 3 days after the day of ordering :cuckoo:
