What one gadget could you not live without... and why?

For me, I would have to be ever so girly and say hair straighteners :D Wavy hair has been the bane of my life, and to be able to straighten it is fantastic. I can't let my hair dry naturally - it just looks like candyfloss (except not pink.. or yellow :p )

my best gadget isn't pc or camera related

it's an automatic wire stripper made by snap-on....for some strange reason it puts a smile on my face each time i use it.
 
The only pic taken of me so far this year ... looking good huh! :lol:
This silly contraption has become my best friend for doing fine detail work for pics & comps ... I just look a right Charlie doing it!

Well mine would be a camera certainly, but it would probably be my keyboard if it came right down to it. I do get the urge to murder a little Bach now and again, and nothing quite replaces that. :shrug:
 
i use this sort of glass glo, when i am painting my small armies, they are brilliant things..

First reaction was - like Mini - the girlie side coming out...agree 100% about the straighteners! BUT a camera has to be up there too doesn't it! :thinking:
 
mine is a similar thingy to Mins...but in reverse, mine is my diffuser for making my curls curlier without the frizz! Oh and my camera I suspose..and then there's my hand mixer, I can't make a cake without it! My favourite gadget is Barry tho....lol....:naughty:
 
Strictly speaking gadgets I would have to say my mobile as it allows me to stay in touch with my missus. I see her everyday but we still have a chat on the phone at least once during the day.

But my current favourite 'thing' is my bike as it's getting me fitter, saving me tonnes of dosh (cycling to work) and good fun too trying to stay alive on our beautiful roads.

I got loads of toys and stuff I wouldn't want to be without, but when it comes to gadgets to make my life a little easier, I'd have to say a string winder for changing strings on my guitar - takes about 30 seconds to change a string if I use one of them things - ideal for breakages that happen mid-gig!
 
Sorry it's boring....but i just COULDNt live without the washing machine!
I do 3 loads a day...so thats 20 ish loads a week. I would NEVER be able to do that lot by hand!!

As far as FUN things go...I couldnt live without a camera.
