Hi all
I turned our spare room into a small but serviceable home studio a while back and have ironed out the majority of issues that naturally come with such an endeavor.
However one thing is threatening to remove the few hairs I have left and that is stopping my white muslin / cotton background from bunching up on the carpet underneath. Yes I know I should not really have carpet under there but this is still used as a spare room and I mostly shoot families and children and they like the softness underneath to play around on.
However I continually have to ask them to step off the sheet so I can straighten it out as a few seconds of people walking on it/ kids playing on it makes it bunch up meaning a lot of pp work and even worse good shots going to waste because of toes and feet being hidden behind the "bunches"
I would really like to keep the carpet but was wondering if anyone else knows of some method of keeping the muslin in place and minimising movement? Maybe someone has a similiar problem and knows of a clever fix?
I was thinking of some kind of tape or rug gripper that could be put under the sheet to stop it sliding maybe?
Yours frustrated
