I have a Vosonic VP6210 Multimedia Storage viewer which I've had for a few years now-I like it as it allows me to save, view and sort my images without having to have the camera out and using camera battery whilst thawing out in coffee shops or wherever whilst out and about. It was a present originally and I didn't think I'd use it but I actually like this way of working.

Anyway...the battery has slowly been getting weaker and weaker and despite searching the web and contacting vosonic I've so far been unable to track down a replacement.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a replacement - I don't tend to use it for anything apart from saving and sorting images and would ideally like one that takes AA or more generic batteries and 20Gb is probably more than enough for me even if I''ve been trigger happy. Screen doesn't have to be massive and I would ideally like a 'one-box' solution like I have at present rather than a seperate card reader if possible.

Alternately anyone know where I might be able to source a replacement - the battery itself is lithum 3.7v 1900mAh and says model no:VP6210

Help either way would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Leon

Apparently the FUJIFILM NP-120 will fit and are easily available.

Have a look on ebay for batteries.

Alternatively, You can pick up an Epson P-2000 with 40GB for under £100 :)

Tried Ebay but its a pretty old unit now and ebay doesnt seem to cater for it :(

I'll have a look for that Fujifilm NP-120 battery ***-thanks for the info.

Part of me wants to resurrect my old faithful but there is also a part of me that wants a new toy ;)

Thanks for your help so far

Everybody wants a new Toy at Christmas:)

I'll hopefully have mine on the way in the next day or so.

Damn it - ebay is FULL of NP-120 batteries chargers and all sorts and they do indeed look to be the right one for my vosonic.

I'll got one ordered and keep my eye out on here for a newer Multimedia Storage Viewer as and when one appears - I would imagine they come up from time to time.
