Multi Aperture Mounts?

Is there anywhere that sells big(ish) mounts with 4 pre cut apertures? I need ideally something with 4 approx 8*10 apertures in a row.

Would be happy to buy it as part of a frame package, but I'm struggling to find anything at all.

Most framing shops will be able to cut it to your desired size.
