MS Office Licence

I need to get two MS Office packages ( Legit versions ) The two main users are not from the same household so that sorta rules out the Home & Student version. I'm trying to find the cheapest way of doing this.

Anyone know if there is a package with just Word & Excel? no need for the other stuff that come with office, or are standalone versions available.

If it's decided to use the Free Open Office suite will the spreadsheets and docs created on Open Office open in MS Office without the need to convert files and vice versa?

open office formatting of "true" office documents can sometimes leave a lot to be desired.

word and excel 2010 (non commercial versions, or £91 for commercial) are £60 each individually otherwise office 2010 pro is £380 each (see ebuyer)

Thanks Neil, these non commercial versions are completely acceptable and saves us quite a few quid. outlook and powerpoint would just be a waste of space for us. Cheers
