its hard to say whos the bigger moron H weller or the journo who wrote that

What's new is the debate in the House of Lords a week or two back. Which means that the chances of an in ill thought out law coming in are growing closer.

Indeed, but some of what I heard of the debate supported Mrs Weller. I hope that the complexities of drafting any bill will make it impossible.
