Just a quick accolade to MPB . Recently changed to Nikon and had a full kit of Panasonic (GH2) - Got a much better price from MPB than i would have on E### quick and courteous service - funds paid to bank immediately. very pleased to recommend them.

Dealt with MPB a few times, and always been impressed.
Their part-ex prices weren't the best out there, but they did pick up for free and delivered free also, so swings and roundabouts!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am having problems,with them at the moment,picked up last Wednesday,told due to easter,they will be process on Tuesday,rang yesterday to check,spoke to a couldnt care less young man,who said they are being process,and i would sort of get my payment,when it when into the bank,no timetable when that would be :shrug:

So rang again today,spoke to a nicer lady,who now said they were not process yesterday,that they would be sometime today,that i should get my money in the bank sometime tomorrow.

At the moment its just a waiting game,will see tomorrow

I think a week isn't that bad taking into account the two bank holidays... :shrug:

It's always been within a week whenever I've traded with them.

Just to clarify timescales on payment. It is always cleared payment within 2 working days from checking. Checking is complete within 1 working day 99% of occasions.

If your equipment was collected Wednesday it would not have arrived with us until 5PM on Thursday, within minutes of the bank holiday closure.

You should have received an email informing you that checking would be complete after the bank holiday weekend on the next working day. This would then mean payment into your account this afternoon (today).

Please advise directly via PM with your CP reference if this has not been the case and we will get this looked at straight away.

Please be assured that all equipment is dealt with as quickly as possible, but bank holidays do of course put some added pressure onto the working timescales.

It just got confusing when i was getting to diffrent stories,after ringing your staff to find out how things were going.
