Moving files from 2 pc's onto central server

Hi

After spending half an hour looking for a photo I spent and an hour PP'ing It finally clicked I had worked on it on another pc...AArrgh

Ok its now time to move all my shots onto my home server.

So.. Whats the best way to do this? Bearing in mind I'm also going to have a large number of duplicates.
The duplicates aren't really an issue I can work through them at my leisure.

I am using LR5 and PP CC

Any Ideas
