Mount cutters

I would like to start cutting my own mounts and would like advice on what equipment to buy. Need to cut up to 20 x 16 inch and also to cut the board squarely as well as cutting the aperture. Logan seems to be a good make and the model I spotted is the 405-1. Comments please
