Motorway Dining

We're off up to the frozen north on Friday. Our journey will take us up the A5 from Milton Keynes to the M6, then onto the M62. We usually stop of at Corley services for lunch as that's about the halfway point, just before the M6 toll road.

Thing is, we're getting a bit bored with services so were thinking of finding somewhere just off the motorway instead (ie, a pub). Can anyone recommend somewhere, preferably not too far from the motorway?

What type of meal you looking for Marc, there are a number of reasonable pubs not that far off the motorway close to Coventry, there is even my favourite Chinese that is maybe 10-15 minutes from the motorway in Coventry

I say Coventry as you mentioned Corley Svs

Just a light lunch Matt, we usually just grab a (very overpriced) sandwich from the Waitrose in the services.
